The issue is Fully Voluntary Informed Consent.

No person, organization, state or government has the right to inject into my body or my child’s body, for any reason, any substance that has the potential to cause brain damage, disability or death without my voluntary informed consent. I was born a citizen of the United States not Nazi Germany and other Fascist-Totalitarian States where informed consent was eliminated.

It is critical that you and every person you care about immediately take action and Submit A Formal Public Comment In Opposition to the CDC's recient Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) for the Control of Communicable Diseases Rule. Read what follows and then post your comment by October 14, 2016. I have never asked you to do something like this before. Now I am! Don’t wait. And share.

Tell the CDC that the proposed NPRM is a violation of human rights and civil liberties.

U.S. health officials should not be given expanded police power to apprehend and involuntarily quarantine people entering the U.S. or traveling across state borders who simply look “unwell" and have mild symptoms of illness. Specifically the NPRM should not become law because it will allow government officials to:

1. Detain and involuntarily quarantine me or my minor child with mild illness symptoms, such as rash, cough and diarrhea, for 72 hours without access to an attorney to appeal the detention; 

2.Take into custody and involuntarily quarantine me or my minor child for an unspecified period of time if we have certain symptoms of illness and do not agree to sign a contract with the CDC consenting to specified “public health measures,” including vaccination and electronic surveillance as a condition of being released.

3. Enlist airline and other public transportation personnel to report passengers who simply appear “unwell” to government health officials for potential apprehension, involuntary quarantine and electronic surveillance.

I spoke with Barbara Loe Fisher today, Co-founder & President of National Vaccine Information Center, about my outrage over the long-term and systemic implications of this proposal.

Barbara shared: Last week when NVIC issued a press release on the NPRM, in the first 72 hours our release garnered over 19,000 online headline impressions and 7,500 individual views by journalists nationally and globally - more than any other press release we have issued in the past 8 years.  In that same time period, our referenced written and video commentary received 148,000 views and 7,600 Facebook “shares” primarily via the Mercola Newsletter, and also is posted on the NVIC.org website, while the accompanying video as of today has received about 16,000 You Tube views.  We have created new pages on NVIC’s website with more information on government police powers  to help people understand federal and state laws related to control of communicable diseases. 

NVIC is in the process of contacting other organizations with large membership urging everyone to take action. There are only about 3,500 public comments posted right now on the CDC website. If more comments are not made and members of Congress are not contacted by Oct. 14 and this NPRM becomes law, I sense that a Presidential Executive Order could be issued by the end of the year adding measles to the mandatory Isolate and Quarantine list, which raises the possibility of future mandatory MMR vaccination of all Americans - no matter what their age - who cannot show proof of receipt of two doses of MMR vaccine.

SUMMARY

As Barbara points out in her recent video commentary, "today, the American people are challenged, as they have never been before, to confront the expansion of government authority over our bodies and the bodies of our children, specifically the exercise of police power to take us into custody and isolate us without our consent whenever public health officials believe we are sick or could become sick. At stake is the preservation of human rights and cultural values that have been part of America since the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights defined civil liberties two centuries ago.

Public health officials want to expand their police power to be able to apprehend and quarantine you or your child if they believe you are, or could become, infected with measles or any other communicable disease they decide is a threat to the public health.They are proposing to enlist airline and other public transportation personnel to help them conduct stepped up surveillance on you when you travel and report you to health authorities if you or your child look “unwell." Once you are detained on suspicion that you are infected or could become infected with measles or other diseases, they want to be able to hold you for 72 hours against your will without access to an attorney to appeal your detention. They want the power to quarantine you until you sign a “contract” with the CDC that you consent to the “public health measures” being applied to you or your minor child, which may include “quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment.”

Even if you don’t voluntarily agree to sign that CDC contract, the NPRM states that “the individual’s consent shall not be considered a prerequisite to any exercise of any authority” by the CDC. You could also be electronically tracked and monitored, including by electronic tracking devices you have to wear or by email, cell phone texts, video conferencing and voicemail.   

Barbara said, "If this NPRM is implemented and the states follow suit, you and your children could be vulnerable to detention and quarantine if health officials decide you are, or could become, a transmitter of measles or other infections because, for example, your electronic medical records reveal you have not gotten every dose of every CDC recommended vaccine. It will be easy for the CDC to electronically track and monitor your movements after they release you. Since the early 1990’s, when Congress passed the phony HIPAA “privacy” legislation, federal health officials have been using your tax dollars to create and operate electronic medical records and vaccine tracking systems that use health care identifiers to keep tabs on how healthy or sick you are, what kind of drugs you take, and which vaccines you have gotten.  HMOs are hooked in, so your medical information, including your vaccination status, can be shared with government researchers, pharmaceutical companies and law enforcement officials."  

If the NPRM becomes law and the CDC finds you guilty of disobeying their orders and they believe you transmitted an infection to someone else, you can be fined “$100,000 if the violation does not result in a death, or one year in jail, or both, or a fine of no more than $250,000 if the violation results in a death, or one year in jail or both.”  The NPRM also contains this language: “Violations by organizations are subject to a fine of no more than $200,000 per event if the violation does not result in a death, or $500,000 per event it the violation results in a death.”

Don’t forget: If you or your child are given vaccines while detained and in quarantine and suffer brain damage or die, there is no accountability or liability in a civil court of law for any government agency, corporation or person, who creates, produces, sells, licenses, recommends, mandates or administers a federally recommended vaccine to anyone in the U.S. Both Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court have declared vaccines to be “unavoidably unsafe” and shielded vaccine manufacturers from product liability for vaccine injuries and deaths.
